Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and will not be shipped. After your purchase is completed, you’ll receive access to your downloadable file(s). Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, shipping charges do not apply to digital-only orders.

Physical Products
Physical-product processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item. Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout when applicable.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available.

Orders Containing Digital and Physical Products
Digital items will be delivered electronically. Physical items will be shipped separately according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
